Standard tracked services include basic compensation cover; however, for more valuable books we strongly advise upgrading to a fully insured delivery option so your purchase is appropriately protected while in transit.

Each book is first wrapped in clear cellophane to guard against moisture and handling marks, then secured within a sturdy cardboard book wrap for safe transit. For higher-value or more delicate titles, we add additional protection such as bubble wrap and corrugated reinforcement to ensure maximum security.

Q: Are first editions different from other editions?

Returns & Cancellations
Q: Can I return a book?
A: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the book is returned in its original condition. Unless the item is incorrect or arrives damaged, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We kindly ask that all returns are sent using a tracked service to ensure the safe and secure return of the item.
If a book unfortunately arrives damaged or is incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label so the item can be returned to us quickly and easily. We aim to resolve any issues promptly and ensure you receive the high standard of service you expect from us.
