Condition Report: Very Good. The publisher’s original brown cloth boards are clean, firm, and sharp, with un-bumped corners and gleaming silver gilt lettering to the spine. The binding remains tight and square, showing no structural compromise. Internally, the text block is securely seated, though the page edges exhibit a degree of mild age-toning and faint dustiness commensurate with a volume of this period. The leaves themselves remain bright and unmarked throughout, free from foxing or heavy handling wear. The original unclipped dust jacket retains strong colour to both the front panel and the spine, though it displays some light rubbing to the extremities and minor creasing along the top edge near the spine head, alongside mild surface scuffing to the gloss finish.
