Fine: A wonderfully preserved copy. Original dust jacket displays only small nicks to the upper-left corner and spine extremity, but is otherwise free from tears, losses, or notable blemishes. Cover artwork remains bright, vibrant, and highly attractive. Jacket now protected in a plastic sleeve. Publisher’s original brown binding with gilt spine lettering shows a few faint marks, though remains excellent overall; gilt sharp and well-defined. Small spots of foxing confined to the upper text block near the spine, though otherwise clean with crisp page edges. Internally, pages remain tightly bound, clean, and tidy throughout, appearing unread. Accompanied by contemporary newspaper clippings relating to the novel.
