Condition Report: Near Fine. The burgundy pictorial boards are remarkably clean and bright, with only the faintest suggestion of rubbing to the extreme corners and spine ends. The binding remains exceptionally tight and square, showing no signs of heavy handling or shelf-lean. Internally, the text block is pristine; the pages are bright, crisp, and entirely free of foxing, thumbing, or previous ownership inscriptions. The original matching pictorial dust jacket, now housed in a protective, removable mylar sleeve, is similarly well-preserved, retaining its vibrant colours with just some minor surface wear and trivial edge-creasing at the spine crown, resulting in a highly attractive example.
