Condition Report: Very Good. Original cream boards remain structurally sound and presentable, showing some expected light toning, minor smudging, and a few faint spots to the panels consistent with age. The red stamped vignettes to the boards remain largely unrubbed and notably bright. The binding is firm and square, maintaining a tight text-block with no signs of splitting. Internally, the pages are clean and crisp, retaining excellent legibility and preserving the sharpness of Housman's intricate illustrations throughout, without any significant foxing or wear.
