Condition Report: Very Good. The volume presents handsomely in its original publisher's green cloth, though it exhibits the expected sunning to the spine, a pervasive characteristic of this edition, which has evenly faded to a warm tan. The intricate blind-stamped cover design remains wonderfully crisp and unrubbed. The boards themselves are sturdy, showing only minor edge-wear, a few faint handling marks, and slight bumping to the extremities. The binding is tight, square, and sound. Internally, the uncut, deckled edges display mild, age-appropriate toning, but the pages are exceptionally clean, bright, and free from foxing, moisture damage, or significant blemishes. The striking unicorn endpaper is vibrant and fully intact. A highly attractive, solid copy.
