Condition Report: Fine. The four volumes are in immaculate, unread condition, securely bound within their original cloth boards. The spines remain completely unbroken, and the bindings are remarkably tight and square. The text-blocks are pristine, with bright, unblemished pages completely free of foxing, toning, or internal markings. The gilt tooling to the spines and front boards remains highly reflective and entirely unoxidized. The original black cloth slipcase, featuring the gilt dragon crest, is in Near Fine condition, showing only the faintest signs of shelf-wear to the extremities but retaining excellent structural integrity.
