Condition Report: Very Good. The book remains securely bound in its original red cloth boards, which are remarkably bright and free from significant bumping or shelf-wear. The text block is completely clean, though it exhibits slight, uniform age-toning to the page edges, as is customary for paper stock of this era. Internally, the pages are crisp and free of marginalia or foxing, ensuring an excellent reading experience. The original dust jacket is unclipped, retaining the '£5.95 net' price on the front flap, and presents very well. It shows only minor rubbing to the extremities and slight toning to the white rear panel, but remains complete and free from any significant tears or loss.

Catalogue Note: A handsome first edition, first printing of this engaging memoir by one of England's most celebrated fast bowlers.
