Condition Report: Near Fine. The book presents exceptionally well, bound in the publisher's original light olive-grey cloth with striking black pictorial stamping to the front board and spine. The binding remains notably tight and square, displaying sharp corners and virtually no shelf-wear to the extremities. The cloth is remarkably clean, save for a very faint, almost imperceptible ghost mark to the lower rear board. Internally, the text block is pristine; the pages are bright, crisp, and entirely free from foxing, oxidisation, or previous ownership inscriptions, with the edges remaining remarkably clean for a volume of this vintage. A robust, highly attractive example, scarce in such well-preserved, non-ex-library condition.
