Condition Report: Near Fine. The full cloth binding is exceptionally tight and square, displaying bright, unblemished boards with a sharp wrap-around design and vibrant gilt and dark red blocking. The spine ends and corners show negligible shelf-wear, while the text block edges remain crisp, clean, and completely free of oxidation or foxing. Internally, the pages are pristine and unmarked. The book is housed in the original red paper-covered slipcase, which remains sturdy and entirely intact, exhibiting only the faintest signs of handling to the extremities.
