Internally, the original marbled endpapers are well-preserved, though a canceled institutional bookplate rests on the front pastedown. The pages are generally clean with some light, scattered foxing primarily confined to the preliminary leaves, and a faint institutional stamp on the title page, none of which detracts from the text's readability or the volume's overall handsome appearance.
